The Orange Lantern

ABBEY: I used to be in Harbourfront Centre when my office is near the mall back then, but this is the first time I went on this restaurant. It caters Vietnamese cuisine. I got their rice vermicelli topped with beef and spring roll for 11sgd. The meal tastes good. Make sure to dip the spring roll in their sweet-sour-salty sauce.  Combo sets are also in their menu.

WILL:  Okay then, i am looking for sushi to munched up but we ended up sipping and munching a Vietnamese foods :)
Orange lantern is located at harbourfront and always jam packed of diners. The foods is quite pricey but i think every meal can serve two people. Hehe. Of course I ordered pho ga nothing special, but I am surprised to taste their lumpia version.
Nice experience, they had a dim lights that makes it quite romantic to dine here. Hehe.

ChekHup Ipoh White Coffee

ABBEY: I got surprised when I first tried the coffee; the flavor is strong. Usually I fill my cup with 3/4 water but with this it should full to have a good concoction. No need to add more sugar as the sweetness is at the right level. I experimented by adding to sachets of creamer and it tasted great. Now i know why my wife liked also this product.

WILL:  I am deprived to drink coffee by my husband, why? Caffeine really affects my sleep. So this Sunday morning, hehe, I attacked his cabinet full of sachets of 3-in-1 coffees.
I miss this taste! Yummy, so creamy, bitter but sweet. Delicious indeed! Try this! We bought this at ShengSiong for $6. You will love it! Promise!

Maltesers Milk & White

ABBEY: We ran in a chocolate shop for Neth to buy her pasalubong and we saw this variation of Maltesers. The balls were covered with white chocolate and chocolate but still has the same core. The price is also the same as with the original, not more than 30sgd. Maybe I'm just used to brown chocolate flavor that's why I found the taste of whites lacking. A good alternative for those seeking a new taste.

WILL:  We are checking out the chocolates with Neth for some pasalubongs and I saw this mixed chocolate of maltesers, instantly I asked my husband if we can buy that for me. Hehe. And of course he agreed! :)
The taste? Ahm, how can i explain this, ok one word... Amazing! Haha. The sweetness of white and chocolate simply combined amazingly in my mouth! This bucket costs not more than 6$ and I ate this for almost 3 months. Haha! :)
